Emily Quinn

Personal Trainer |  AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor

An active person all her life, Emily loves to create an encouraging, supportive and fun environment in her group classes. Since becoming certified in 2017, Emily has led Bootcamps, Indoor Cycling, H.I.I.T and Strength focused classes. Emily was diagnosed with an aggressive stage of breast cancer at 35 years old and did take time off of instructing classes, but continued to strength train and run during a year of treatment. During that process, it fortified the fact that exercise, in all forms and levels, is of the utmost importance to our health, and her main focus at Vitality is to encourage any level of activity. She has experience instructing other cancer survivors and encourages those going through any form of treatment to come join one of her classes. She can guarantee you’ll come back for another! Emily herself maintains an active lifestyle by running, walking, cycling and strength training herself, and is always looking for a workout buddy!

Rob Kaminski

Personal Trainer

I have been involved in the fitness industry for the better part of my adult life. As an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer I have helped people of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels achieve their goals. Through a combination of proper nutrition, strength training, and lifestyle changes my approach is tailored specific to each client. There is no magic pill or formula- just hard work, dedication and accountability.

From Big Box gyms to private studios and in home visits, I have worked with people from all walks of life, with ages ranging from early teens to late 70's and everything in between. I am certified in and have previous experience working with children and adults with Autism and other disabilities. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, work on your overall health and wellness or want to step on stage for a bodybuilding competition, I am there every step of the way to help you reach your goals. 

I've seen the power of fitness through my own journey and my passion is to find that same dedication and bring it out of my clients.

His journey into coaching began after a shoulder injury ended his college football career—an event that shifted his focus from personal performance to empowering others to reach their peak health and fitness goals.

Dylan combines evidence-based training with personalized nutrition strategies to help clients build strength, improve endurance, and optimize overall wellness. His coaching philosophy centers on education, consistency, and creating lasting lifestyle change—helping clients not just look better, but feel and perform their best.

Hi! My name is Michael DeLeo. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with over 3 years of experience helping clients of all levels, from young athletes looking to build strength, to older adults working through pain or recovery.

After losing over 100 lbs naturally, I know that fitness is more than physical. True transformation is about resilience, discipline, and confidence, qualities that carry into every part of life. That same mindset has helped clients like Pete, who came to me using a cane. Through steady physical progress and psychological growth, he was able to walk a mile on his own for the first time in years.

I specialize in building strong, capable bodies through a balance of progressive strength training, functional movement, and personalized nutrition support.
